Social Protection and Social Safeguards
Overview
The Humanitarian Impact Institute’s work on Social Protection and Social Safeguards intersects with our work on ageing societies, youth, financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment.
We conduct feasibility studies, research and evaluations of social protection and social safeguards including programs delivering cash-based interventions, social assistance, economic development activity, community-based social services, policy-level advocacy and protection.
Our work is also aligned to the Core Humanitarian Standard to ensure that programs are inclusive, gender, age and disability adapted, community driven and accountable.
