An immersive four day course designed to delve deep into your leadership style and prepare you for mid-level and senior leadership roles, or to refine and enhance your visionary leadership skills in the humanitarian and development sector. This course is delivered by multiple industry leaders and is delivered entirely online.

This is a one week course designed to teach you you how to conduct external evaluations. It covers both principles and practice and is designed to transition you from to an external evaluator role from an in internal MEAL role or an existing role i the humanitarian and development sector. This is a full week of online course work mixed with practical tasks.

This is an comprehensive 7 week course designed to teach complex strategy development at the organisational level. This course is designed for leaders of organisations, senior leadership officers and those people involved in complex and/or organisational strategy development. Class time is 2 hours per week (online) plus 2-5 hours of homework per week.

This is an essential one-day course is a very specific course designed to enhance the crisis management skills of senior leaders, incident management professionals, strategic communications officers, boards/trustees and those likely to be called on to manage an organisational level incident that threatens the people, assets and reputation of an organisation.

This is a two day course designed for those who want to gain knowledge and confidence in how to implement partner-led or localisation programs. The course will draw heavily on real but anonymised case studies. This course is designed for people of all seniority levels.
