Localisation Maturity Model
The Humanitarian and Development Localisation Maturity Model provides sector-wide benchmarking and advice on the maturity of 10 areas of organisational transition to a localised operating model for INGOs and UN agencies. The LMM was written by Nathaniel Logan and Siobhan Foran in close consultation with nine INGOs facing similar challenges in achieving a localised operating model.
The Humanitarian and Development Localisation Maturity Model can be self-assessed or HII can conduct a facilitated assessment for you.
Facilitated Localisation Maturity Assessment
Localisation is a journey for most INGOs.
Conducting an accurate assessment using The Localisation Maturity Model will enable your organisation to pinpoint exactly where progress can be made to advance localisation within your organisation.
HII’s facilitated assessments are confidential and benchmarked data from the sector is completely anonymised.
Contact us if you would like a facilitated Localisation Maturity Assessment or would like a briefing on the Localisation Maturity Model.
